GarageBand Software...for the PC?

Anyone familiar with Apple's garageband software? It's cheap and has tons of drum loops and guitar riffs. I'm really looking for drum machine software to go along with my GuitarTracks software, but this seems to have drums and more.

Problem: I have a PC.

Does Apple make a PC version?

If not, would somebody recommend a product similar to Garageband for the PC?

GarageBand is basically a version of Sony's ACID for the Mac. (And from what I understand was written by some of the same guys who did the original ACID on the PC.)
 
Ok. I've heard good things about Acid for the mac.

Another question, what could Band In A Box do that say a Boss DR 5 drum machine can't? And vice versa?

I've seen garageband briefly and, at the risk of sounding like an elitist, it looked like audio work with training wheels. Maybe I would say the same thing about Acid, and I definitely used to say that about my brother's Fruityloops stuff - something about not seeing the actual wavform. Just my 2 cents, though.
