GarageBand Software...for the PC?

Anyone familiar with Apple's garageband software? It's cheap and has tons of drum loops and guitar riffs. I'm really looking for drum machine software to go along with my GuitarTracks software, but this seems to have drums and more.

Problem: I have a PC.

Does Apple make a PC version?

If not, would somebody recommend a product similar to Garageband for the PC?

No, apple doesn't make Garageband for the PC, though there are rumors that they might (I wouldn't count on it in the near future).

I'm not aware of any software for the PC for $50 that has the same amount of flexibility and ease. There are a ton of PC-based programs, some free, some very expensive, which have varying degrees of functionality. But you'll need to do some research on these threads (search function), because I can only comment on the software I use, which is Sonar. It's terrific, but it's way more than $50.
