I am reading my new manual I got from Tascam for the BR20. I was looking at a table that pointed out the differences between the 3 different BR20's. Much to my dissapointment the North American BR20 doesnt have gapless punch in and spot erase. My first machine back in 92 was a TSR8 soon followed by an MSR24, I have used both gapless punch in and spot erase for years. I tried to spot erase on my MS16 recently and again was dissappointed to find it is not functional. I dont remember offhand if the MS16 had gapless punch in or not.
