Gallien-Krueger - 200W Ultra Light Bass Combo Amp

Why wife is thinking about getting this mid sized bass amp for practices, it is only 35lbs where her gig amp is 65lbs, anyone have opinions of GK amps?
 
My friend has one. its good but definitely not loud enough to gig with. I have an MBE 212 and a GK 400RB and it is plenty loud! The 212 is around 35 pounds.
 
She went a head and bought it, she already has BXL 3000a Behringer (and she is very happy with it) for gigs, she also has a Washburn but it just wasn't loud enough, ( I think she is caught in the 3 bears problem) this was mainly for lugging around for practice etc. seems like a nice unit good enough for even small venues.
