I NEED SOME SUGGESTIONS.....
WHUT OUTBROAD GEAR SHOULD I BUY SUCH AS

ADAT
AND STORAGE THAT WILL WORK WELL WITH MY SETUP

One thing you should buy is a keyboard that you can turn the caps off.

wow -- you started off with a killer setup: G5 and Digi02. Now you consider the Gylph drives??

For HipHop you need a good mic and preamp. There are many threads on this board about the best setup for HipHop. Do a "search" and you'll get tons of answers. Also check out the FAQ website www.hr-faq.org which might be useful for you.

You also need some gear to get the beats flowing. There are tons of good synths and sound modules on the market that target HipHop. However, with you rather fast MAC, you might consider having a "virtual" studio only (= software). That will save you tons of money.
