Funky Cable? Help me out

I bought a 24 channel Soundtracs Solo mixer the other day. It hasn't arrived yet but some of the connections are differen't from what I was using before so I think im going to need some new cables. One sort of has me stumped though.......

The guy said that the monitor out section is on a single TRS 1/4 inch jack. So it sounds like I need a Y cable that is 1/4" TRS to 2 female 1/4 inch jacks. Sort of like a reversed Insert cable. Is there a name for this cable, any ideas where I can pick one up? Im sure they make this but Ive never seen it.
I could probably just go to guitar center but I hate that place with a passion.

if you have a patchbay, you can use an insert cable.
