Hi.
I've got a Portastudio 488 I don't need. If you're reading this you know what it is.
Physically, it's a little dingy (it's definitely been used), but there are no serious gashes or marks. Functionally, the thing works fine except for the headphone jack which doesn't really work properly anymore. It's slightly loose and you can sort of hear stuff if you jiggle the cable. I know the rest of the 488 works because if you run line-outs to an external source you can still mix and hear tracks.
I've been using a PC setup for recording so I no longer need this (although I'm sort of sad to let it go *sniff*).
This cost me $300 when I bought it a bunch of years back but considering the headphone jack is flaky and I have no idea what these things are going for, I'll just say "name a price." I really need the $$$.

BTW I just got burned by PayPal (which is partially why I need more money right now) so I can only take USPS Money Orders or Cash if you're lucky enough to live in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area.
