I moved into an apartment last year and I just resigned my lease for another year. Im not doing nearly as much work for bands as I was before so I have no need for half a dozen channels of compression and verb etc....Alll gear has been used only within my smoke free home studio unless stated otherwise.

Behringer MDX 2200 Composer Pro 2 channels of compression and gates. Unit is in great shape, Fully functional with no cosmetic damage .Comes in original box with manual. $55

Presonus BlueMax Compressor great little compressor for drums/bass. It has some presets which aren't that bad but I found it to work alot better in manual mode. Includes original box as well as Manual. $90.00

Behringer Virtualizer Pro DSP2024P I used this unit for verb in my headphone mixes. Behringer gets alot of flack but I haven't had one single issue with this unit. Its no Lexicon but it has some usable sounds. Comes with original box and manuals. $75

Alesis Nano-Verb nice little backup verb unit. Comes with box and manual. 1/3 rackspace $50

ElectroVoice-635a Omni Dynamic microphone. This is one of my favorites for distorted guitar. I have 3 of these and i've decided I don't need that many now that im just recording myself. $60.00

I might be able to take the EV up, I'm awaiting payment for a few other things, but I should be able to swing it in a few days
 
i'll take the EV if buddy boy doesn't, and i know my bassist is lookin' for a comp/gate i believe, i'll check with him tonight.

AlexthaCowboy- Let me think about it a day or two. I was considering selling one of the 163x but im not sure I want to get rid of both. Those are actually the only comps I own right now that see tons of use. I will let you know something.
