I have had this for a couple of years now, I have loved using it.
The cord that connects the breakoutbox to the card has given me a little trouble in the past where it connects to the card. Sometimes when setting it up (after moving it somewhere), I would have to jiggle the cord to get input. I know it sounds really dumb, but after a good jiggle it would continue to work the entire session. You can get a replacement cord on m-audio's website for $25. but, it never happened enough for me to get a new cord.
