What color is the bass? What condition is it in? And have you checked the soldering on the output jack? Or does it need a new jack all together.

The bass is candy apple red. The whole jack was removed because it was scratchy...the leads are fine, I've checked those, I've just never got around to replacing the jack.

It's a lovely sunburst. The original PICKUP is a melody maker. Not super high output by any means, but sounds great through an AC30 or a nice Bassman.

Has anybody heard from Luke or received what they bought from him?

I purchased the Oktava from him on the 24th of February, and never heard from him after sending the money via PayPal. He said he would ship UPS, but I didn't receive a tracking number (obviously, since I never heard from him).

Now if I send him an e-mail, it bounces back as undeliverable. Not a good sign....

oh crap that not a good sign i bought his dod 250 on the 2-22 -05 what the heck is goin on does anyone know this guy? both of his emails are gone think we got ripped guys....

luke you need to contact people here if anyone knows him was told his computer at work crashed im still not convinced he email me 2 week ago telling me this know you are telling me he could not find a computer anywhere to post that here ..............did anyone here get his info....?phone number address

Well, he hasn't contacted me, and I still haven't received my microphone or even a UPS tracking number as promised. So I'm not over-reacting. And at this point, I really don't think an e-mail or phone call saying "I'll send it right way, I promise" is going to help. I've dealt with too many scammers, and their excuses are just ways to keep you from taking any action until it's too late.

At this point, I don't care about the mic. If you're reading this Luke, just send me my money back and that'll be the end of it. Don't even bother shipping the Oktava.
