This is the normal 101, not the M model with the extra Ribbon mic setting, which I had no use for. Same mic pre, just no ribbon setting. I paid over 450 for this pre, and it is a very sweet sounding, crystal clear preamp. You won't get a better pre for $325 bucks. For pics just email me at guitar0633@yahoo.com. Selling because I am tired of trying to record in my bedroom and have decided to use the money to buy a Zom R16 for portable, on the go recording. Which also means I would trade this pre for a good condition R16 as well.
