This is a custom-made GK (Gretch-Ken) sound/vocal booth (standard model) with a black exterior.
I paid around $7000 for it. Price is negotiable, make me an offer and I'll get back to you.
The exterior dimensions are 4' x 7' x 6'4". I got the booth and assembled it in August but never used it. I did strip off all the interior acoustic foam (you can easily install your own foam with spray adhesive), but it's basically new otherwise.
It includes two 3" cable outlets, ventilation, and fluorescent light. It has the double deluxe upgrade, which adds a 1/4" thick layer of MLV everywhere but the floor panel for increased sound isolation. The door is 27" x 69" with no window. For the complete specs, you can go to gretchken.com.
Instruction/assembly manual included. The assembled booth weighs about 1200 lbs and consists of 8 panels, so you will need at least two strong guys to disassemble and move the booth.
