FS/FT: tascam m-308b mixer and la-40 line level adapter (-10 to +4 and back)

Tascam m-308b is a vintage mixer with rather nice sound to it.
Tascam la-40 is a 4 channel line level adapter to convert your levels from -10 to +4 and back, has rca/xlr/1/4" inputs and outputs.
Will consider offers and trades.
Would be particularly interested in behringer ada8000 and a squier bass.
 
Aren't you tired of mixing in the box? Wanna add dimension and life to your music?
