boom box recordings
I would rather find a trade than sell, but I would sell it for the best offer + shipping and paypal fee. I upgraded converters a year ago and never using the 1010, it's up for grabs. I just tested all the I/O and everthing is working great like it did when I bought the unit.

Looking for:
OC 703 or 705
Sm 57's
Senn 421
Mogami TRS 3' patch cables (store bought or homemade)

Please entertain with other trades as well.

Please PM with offers.

thanks, Garrett

I have 2 1010s but I need a backup. If you decide to sell outright I may be interested.

I have a few 57s but I still need them all the time.

I would be interested in the Delta 1010 but I really don"t have much to trade...

Maybe I can build you something that you would take for trade Like maybe a Guitar effects pedal (Overdrive, Compressor) or maybe a Mic preamp or a couple Omni Condencer Mics or a Phantom Power Unit or a DI Box or a 20db Mic Pad?? You would have to wait a week or so to give me time to build what you want and I could possibley add some custom features to the units.....

If yer interested let me know.....

Cheers

Most of the Preamps I build are Solidstate designs....I just Finnished a 2 ch 1U rack Unit useing a couple of Burr Brown INA217 IC"s useing my own design with a Fully Ballanced Output stage....(these are the same or simular IC"s that are in the DMP3,Dav BG-1, In some Foscurite and Presonus units and some High end Mixing Consoles)

They provide up to 66db of Clean gain Ballanced (or 60db Un-Ballanced) have Input Hot plugging protection extremely Low DC Offset (So Low my equipment can not even measure it) and 48V Phantom power for each Independant Channel and with a THD Lower than 0.007% at 1Khz at 40db gain.....

I have also built Preamps Based on the "Green Pre" (I have a Very ugly 2 ch unit that was my First Build but it sounds very good).....

I can also build Preamps useing Discrete NPN/PNP Transistors for the Input stage and with your choice of output Stage IC"s.....

I could also probably build you something to Your specifications to a certain extent but that would take more time as I have to design and troubleshoot the Curcuit which would take quite a bit of time but I am not that adverce to doing it, as long as it doesn"t require Tubes (I find them hard to work with and just a bit dangerous)....

I am actually working on a curcuit based on the INA217 that I was going to use to Build Single Channel units built into old CD/DVD Drive chassis so they would be small compact and could be stacked together into an OLD PC case, I was thinking after I get a couple built and tested I would maybe start selling them but I need to find an investor to Cough up the Startup money......

Anyways if any of this sounds interesting then let me know and we will see were this will go....

Cheers

This one sounds good. Will it have a pad, or 48v option? Could i see some of your work?

I've done stomp box builds in the past, but never got in to the design part. I'm very intrested in your proposition.

thanks, G

Hi...Here is a Pic (a Bad Pic) of the 2 ch unit I just finnished..(It doest have any Graphics or Knobs attached yet)

MyNewPre.jpg

I do have a Design useing an INA103 IC (simular specs to the INA217 but harder to implement) that has a 20db Pad....

I could add one to the INA217 preamps but would have to redesign the PCB which i was going to do anyways.....

Cheers
