bollocks redux!
One last try before I become possessive again and just hold onto this:

:D
I'm only putting it up FS/FT because I recently had three mics heavily modded (two Nady TCM's w/ Pelusos, (am getting a third done by Philgood as soon as the parts all arrive) and an Oktavamod MK-219 PE). It comes with Universal Shockmount from shockmount dot com. I am the second owner of this sweet-ass mic. The mic is in mint condition, but the previous owner removed the side screws and didn't send them to me with the mic. The universal shockmount works perfectly w/o it and I wasn't about to buy the $100 BLUE shockmount anyway.
Looking for $600 shipped or interesting trade scenarios. I have 100% (100 transactions) feedback on ebay as "koj-dogg" and have bought and sold here (I'm on the good guys' list)
Thanks!

I have a pair of Trident channel strips I could trade off. My Blueberry could use a partner:D

coupla cool offers so far, though not exactly what i'm looking for (i'm not, incidentally sure what i'm looking for). would do trade + cash (either way) for something cool. the only thing i'm specifically interested in a used summit tla-50 + some negotiable cash, but am keen on hearing out any other offers. the first two have been def in the right direction and more than fair.
thanks!

The Trident channels are vintage origianl Trident Fleximix channel strips based on a combination of some of the Trident "A" range and series 80 technology. They have an amazing sounding EQ that can be switched in and out, a fader for output, gain, and even Aux sends if you were to add a master section to them. They also have xlr mic input and 1/4" line input, direct out, and insert send and receive. They have been custom racked in a cheesy rack that I made for them and have been hand wired to an external power supply utilizing molex connectors.

Personally, they definately have that classic "A" range sound (the coveted Trident sound) and an incredible sounding EQ. You will not get that current modern over the top sizzle sound out of these, but will definately nail that classic low mid punch with them. They still have all the original Triad parts as well and are fully functioning.

that's an awesome offer and i've been seriously considering it all day. i read up on them though and i think i'll reluctantly pass. i'm kind of looking for a swap for one piece of similar used value, rather than a pair and i have plenty of pres. thanks very much for the offer and interest!

any other offers?

I also have DBX 165a, Urei LA4 and Spectrasonics 610 comps that I am thinking about selling so I could work a trade with one of those.

those all sound very interesting. :D a few questions if it's cool:
spectrasonics 610:
do you know approximately when it was made?

dbx165a:
do you have any sort of connectors or mods to it to allow for conventional connections (i'm not really savy with the barrier strips)?

la4
specifically what model of la4 is it? does it have any of the mods (la3 type mod, etc.)?

we can switch to pm if that suits you :)

How about a mangy dog and a slightly used girlfriend?

Damn, I want a blueberry, but I don't have anything good to trade...some cymbals, crate amps, buncha cheap mics... :o

Spectrasonics 610's... I will have to check with Dave at Spectrasonics to see how old they actually are, if they even still have those records. I do know that two of them that I have are not the reissues and have the round knobs. The other that I have I probably will not trade, but if I do I will value it higher. It is serial #612 and is from the very first design batch. It has the pointed style knobs and even has the power cord on barrier strips.

DBX 165a... The DBX's I have do not have any mods, but if you end up with a pair I do have the stero link strap for them (kind of hard to find and make). I can also have them modded really easily to swap the barrier strip with parallel TRS and XLR i/o. My tech is located 5 blocks away;)

Urei LA4's. These are silverface unmodded LA4's.

still available-- very tough to not jump on those more than fair offers by xstatic, but not quite what i'm looking for. i'm not going to push this anymore, but if anyone sees this thread and wants to make an offer, feel free to make one!
