Perfect working condition, includes main card and analog I/O daughtercard.
Have manual and one MIDI cable to include as well. No software, but it can all be downloaded from E-Mu's site.
Bit perfect and will support up to 24bit/192kHz

Or I would trade (trade+cash if necessary) for a simple 2 channel firewire (or USB) interface with at least 2 line level inputs and SPDIF I/O (they do not need to work simultaneously) - like an Audiofire 2 or something.
