I was just reading your ebay ad...why do you think you dont need a pre amp just because you are using a dynamic mic??? That only means you dont need phantom power. You ALWAYS need a preamp.

my bad i meant it doesnt need a preamp with phantom power... im upgrading my preamp... one that doesnt phantom power... that was my fault

i rewired my anus to be a preamp, but i dont have enough juice to provide phantom power.

i thought there were some pres that were made especially for live applications... ones without phantom power... guess i was wrong... well phantom power or not i want a new preamp
