i'm just getting started in the electronic recording realm, based around a g4 and the motu2408/audiodesk software. what i want to know is does anyone know of a visual drum machine emulator/editor that uses aiff files for the drum sounds? i'm sure there's some midi way of doing this, but i know nothing about it. i just want to be able to sequence ready to go aiff files into loop patterns, and then edit them in audiodesk. fruityloops sounds perfect, although they unfortunately have no software for macs, nor any leads as to where to find them. hope this isn't too stupid a question, and i would sincerely appreciate any help.
