fruity loops problem in cubase sx

probably a stupide question but it's bothering me.
i exported a drum track (wav) from fruity loops & opened it with cubase sx3 so i could add tracks to it but the playback of the drum track plays very slow, any ideas why?

to answer my own question.... you need to sync the "project" tempo with the fruity loops temps
