Fruity loops and sonar?

I am EXTREMELY new to digital home redcording. I have SOnar and fruity loops. How do I use them together?

Hi,

Access FL through Tools> Fruity Loops. Save as Wav File. Import to Sonar via File>import> Audio> wav.

I am not sure if there is a more direct method.
