Front panel inputs on cards?

Are there any midrange cards made for multi-tracking that have the inputs coming out the front rather than the back of the box? My puter is set within a desk and is difficult to get to when plugging and unplugging cables. I am looking to purchase a card with multiple inputs but want to find one that ports to the front of the box. The optimal card would have 4 inputs . Any ideas?

You either should look at soundcards with a breakout box (like an M-Audio Delta 44) or you should consider bringing the connections to the front with a patchbay.
