I have been working with my friend Jim for 3 years on this album. It's been a learning process getting here, but I finally have a handle on recording. There are two songs up on his myspace.

The one called Baggins Ditty was a sort of fluke. The song was already written, but we decided to get creative and do a live take room recording of drums, accoustic guitar, vocals, and steel guitar. Then I went back and recorded bass and Jim did a 2nd vocal while I did some extra percussion. It's a great tune, very live feeling.
Jim: Acoustic guitar, vocals
Me: Bass, Drums, Percussion
Jeremy Z: Lap Steel Guitar
The second song is called Binging. It was tracked out with a click track first, acoustic guitar second, vocal third, vocal layering, lead guitar, steel guitar, and finally bass. It still needs percussion, but it's nearly done. I'm singing background only on this song.
