Fresh ears please 2 songs!

Hi everybody,

I am looking for some fresh ears to help me out with theses mixes.I do all instruments and mixing. I do not record or really have any control on how the vocals that are beng recorded.I get them dry and in some cases processed.

The first song is called "Eyes On You" It would be under Buzz&Spirithunter.
This is my first mix attemp for this tune.

The second song is called "Elefunkey". This would be under Frozenbones Project.

Protools 6.7

Blue Mic
Gibson LesPaul
Vox and Fender amps

Elefunkey sound good.
Just the solo guitar it's a litle bit loud to me, and there isn't almost any bass guitar...and the snare cold be a bit closer.

On eyes on me the hit hats seems a litle bit loud,but in the overall sound,it sounds good here.

Eyes on Me:
I agree about the hats being a tad loud at times. The drums in general sound a little off. Guitars sound nice. Vox are throwing me a little. Very processed/muddy. Overall mix sound pretty good, just needs a little more lovin' IMO.

I agree NEEDS BASS!! I also agree about the git solo being a bit loud. The volume needs to being evened out a little more in the changes. Gets loud and soft at times. Well not soft, just not as loud.

I like the songs, is this a band you know or just a job thrown at you?
