Behringer makes inexpensive digital eq's that have an RTA built in. The older model is called DSP 8024 I believe, and the new model that just came out is the DEQ2496. Rane also makes an RTA, as does Gold Line and other companies. I've seen an RTA on eBay made by DOD I believe.
