free VST instruments, effects plug-ins...

I'm using Cubase LE and I'm looking for more VST plug-ins than whats included in the software (which isn't much..). Has anyone had success with downloading free/shareware plug-ins? I just got a new computer and I don't want to risk getting it messed up...so if you know of any free plug-ins that work nicely in your DAW, let me know!!

I've found many good FX plugins that are free.....

I really like the classic series stuff from Kjaerhus Audio.

Those plugins are very nice. It's hard to believe they are free!

I recently started using this verb. Is not a bad plugin....

I really like the classic series stuff from Kjaerhus Audio.

This stuff is really nice and straight to the point. my mixes have stayed really clean without any added noise.
