Fostex VF16, NEED HELP

I don't know how to get my project into my computer. I understand how to mix down to two tracks, but there is no USB port in the back of the unit. There is a stereo L/R RCA and other ports that seem to connect other recording equipment that I don't have. My goal is to record on the hard disk and import to a wav file so I can further edit my tracks. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I am a novice and new member. Thanks, Robert

The previous four posts refer to this same question. The VF-160 has the same output as the VF-16.
You have a choice:
1) Analogue out and into your PC soundcard.
2)Use the optical output and connect through an optical to USB converter
3)Find a SCSI disk burner to create CDs.
This recorder was replaced by the MR series which have USB output.
