any one know if is possible synchronizer n°2 fostex model 80 to use 16 track ?

Yes. Obviously you'll need a synchronizer that can talk to it via the Accessory-1 port, but it can be done if the manual is telling the truth.
You will only get around 12-14 tracks - Track 8 on each machine will be needed for the timecode to actually lock the machines up, and if my old A8 was anything to go by there would be lots of crosstalk with track 7 as well so I ended up not using it.
