Fostex D5 service manual

Hello everybody.. i am new here..very nice forum!
I love "old" recorders.. Reel to reel and also Dat recorder.
I recently bought a second hand Fostex D5 (i have also a D-20B, great machine!)
Anyone has the service manual of the D5?

yes, i did some researche on google... but i was not able to find it.. for free..
