fostex adat to cubase sx2

I've been at for about 2 days now, to get adat from my fostex vf 16
to record in cubase sx2. bmo EMU 1212M soundcard
So far no good.
I can monitor all 8 adat tracks, but it only records the first 2 tracks.
Cubase set to 8 channel recording, but it only records those 1st 2 tracks
on all tracks.
Anybody there to help me out???

You have to make sure that in the VST connections that all 8 channels are activated, you might have 8 tracks showing on the mixer screen but 6 are not activated, by default Cubase only actvates 2 channels.

go to devices, then show panel... VST inputs, activate them all by clicking on the on button. it should light up blue. I'm not sure if you are using anything to bus, but it shouldn't hurt to go ahead and activate all of your busses as well.
