Forum question. How do you subscribe to threads automatically after posting?

I can't see an option for it anywhere, I have to go in after every post and subscribe manually or subscribe underneath my post everytime before I submit, which can be a pain.

Yes,
go to the Settings tab right at the top of the page,
then go to General Settings,
There's a drop down menu next to Default Thread Subscription.
You can then choose whether to be emailed instantly, daily, or weekly with updates, OR have them sent to your control panel and not emailed.

BUT this will subscribe you to threads you reply to as well as the ones you post yourself.
I haven't spotted a way to just subscribe to your own threads.

Thanks, Yeah I was looking to subscribe to all threads by default, no matter whether it was a reply or one I'd started.

every post and thread you started is listed under your profile.

I find it best to never go back in to any thread I have started or commented in.
