Leave the S....out all together

Just say I don't need THIS anymore. Let each person put their own meaning into what THIS stands for. Sometimes a word not said can still be felt and understood without it's us.
 
Paul Simon used "crap" in Kodachrome--got edited out in a lot of radio airplays years ago, though seems more acceptable now. "Shit" probably still won't fly very well. "Stuff" might work, if you absolutely need the syllable.
If it doesn't completely change what you're trying to say, replacing "this shit" with "you" might work, if you can fit in in to the scansion. Might tie it to the next similar lines where you contrast your feelings by "No I won't, but then again I will." (i.e., you need her sympathy, but you don't need her sympathy. Similar contrast.)
