I really want to know how to make drum loops/patterns where i can change the tempo & beats at will?

i still don´t know how to use the darm thing


EDIT:
i forgot to mention a couple of things:

when making these drum beats, i also would like to know how can i change/modify the type of beat (a cymbal, a snare, an electronic kit etc..)

and how cani combine different time signatures in one big final beat??

You can change tha tempo at the top where it says TEMPO.
