Focusrite and Custom Shop

I just downloaded Amplitube Custom Shop and I'm trying to play through a Focusrite Scarlett Solo. I'm not getting any sound, could someone tell me how custom shop works, if the focusrite is compatible, etc? I'd really appreciate any help. Thank you

Were you getting sound before using Amplitube?

It really has nothing to do with the interface - it's interacting with the digital audio stream that's already at the DAW. I.e., it's just a plugin, so you need to make sure you're tracking is set up correctly, and the plugin is installed and authorized.

I think Amplitube can be used as a standalone app. But as Keith said, were you getting sounds out of your focusrite before trying to use Amplitube?
