Foamular® 250, Sound insulation.

hello, i just find at Home Depot MEXICO
Foamular® 250, just asking if anybody knows if the product is good enough for sound insulation.

i'm building a new training room-tracking room, aprox 4.50m X 3.50m x H=2.40m

was thinking in something like.

brick + 2" Foamular 250 + 1" air + 2- 12 mm plasterboard.

as u guys bet, hard to find insulation products here in mexico.

The insulation wont do much. Have a look here

The typical Brick Veneer construction with a layer of 10mm (3/8") plasterboard. This is the standard Australian house construction.
