floyd rose on les paul

You'd think so, but the guitar I referred to earlier suffered no lack of tone from the Floyd Rose conversion. It had a classic meaty LP tone with tons of sustain.
 
wow. you guy's seem to have taken an intrest in this..

notCardio has the right idia. i hate owning completly stock guitars (with an eccepion of my accustic, which is antique)

I'll tell you guy's what my complete pla is.

get a GK les paul gutar ($99.00 can) put in a floy'd rose (or simmilar) a single coil pickup. 2 humbuckers and a jazz pickup (in that order)

and have the pickups have their own wiches (each switch has a warhammer head on it)

paint the body black with a face of lucifer on it

along the back of the neck have viens painted along it

have a friction-free "roller" nut.

and glow in the dark tuner knobs.

Thats my plan. (and I might play around with winding my own pickups and maby wireing it diffrently...)

p.s i don't like getting profecionals to do the work for me. so I'll be doing this all my-self

What a waste of a Les Paul. I would hate to plague one with a floyd rose.
