Fl Studio on ssd help

I just built my first CPU and I had planned to put my OS on 1 ssd and fl studio and my vsts on another ssd then my samples and all other stuff on a 1tb HHD. My question is I can only seem to install FL on the ssd with the OS. Do I HAVE to have it on the same drive as the OS??
 
I don't think I've ever had this issue... Usually when I install a program, it asks me where I want to install it, and I just direct it to my E: drive (which in my case, is my secondary 1TB internal drive) and put it there.

Of course, I made a file on it called "Program Files" just to keep my E: drive neat, but yeah, if it's asking you what location you want to install it at, usually you can just change the location to a different drive. If it won't let you select anything other than your C: drive, then I guess FL Studio doesn't like being on anything other than the system drive.
