Fixing latency

hi,
I'm using audition 2.0 and can't seem to find how to do something relatively simple.
Basically I have two tracks (A click and a guitar) and due to my crappy sound card i have some latency so the guitar is a little bit behind. How do I effectively 'drag' the guitar track intime with the click or vice verca?

Zoom in on the beginning of the guitar track. (Do you know how to zoom?) Then right click on the guitar track and drag it to where you want, presumably so that it lines up with the beginning of the click track. Then it might be a good idea, when you've got everything where you want it, to lock the tracks in place. To do that: Edit>Select All Blocks; Edit>Lock in Time.
