Suck 'em and see!
how do I get into it? it's always been the DEL key on my AMD sytems (gigabyte boards) Does this info come in the mobo manual?

cross post I know but thought the big one might get burried from age.

it's an Asus P4P800 Deluxe board

cheers Bull...I can't wait. Love building a new monster!

Dude, I just clocked my P4P800 tonight. Wound the fsb to 250MHz, so my 2.8 is now running at 3.5GHz, and memory divider still on 1:1.

I left the memory timings as was 2.5-4-4-8 - might fiddle with those later.

This made an immediate improvement in Cakewalk. My recent project has about 20 plugins, 20 tracks and was starting to get noisy on playback with the cpu running up 80 - 90%+. Now its running 55 - 70%. Sweet.

Those Asus mobos have a great reputation, and it's well deserved. You'll get a lot of mileage out of that rig

Keep hitting F2 right after power up, that should get you to bios.
