First recording

Could you guys give me some feedback on my first recording. Its only guitars and it doesnt go for as long the the proper verison but it gives a good idea of the song. The mixxing is probably a little off because ive been using headphones for mixing (monintors are my next purchase item). Let me know what you think works, doesnt work, where i can imrpove and if you just think its plain crap.

Per request, it is hard to say what works and what doesn't because the song is such an incomplete vision. You seem to capture a nice live feel from your amp. Are you miking the amp then into the recording device?
For me, it is not enough to go on to fully lay down thoughts on this. If you finish the tune, please post the results as it is not crap now and should only smell sweeter as you "shit shine" the tune.

actualy all but one track is guitar>pod>mindprint>omni sutdio. Unfortunately it will be atleast 6 months before i have the equipment to complete the song.
