Hi guys,my first post here--was wondering on your input--thanks

It's not that I feel I have to say something about everything posted, it's just that I think someone should comment when someone is asking for input....... enough about me.

Awesome track! I dig it........... to me the guitar on the right is too far right, which forces it to lose it's punch, maybe push it back towards the center a bit to help give it some volume. Same with guitar #2, the level is good but I'd move it just a hair closer to the middle. Drums could use a boost in the level as well, I can't imagine an acoustic guitar winning in that battle.... it would be nice to hear a few different patterns and fills as well.

Overall nice clean recording.

Thanks Peppered.I was wondering if someone would check it out.I know what it's like when there are sooo many people posting and such little time one usually goes to check out the people they are better aquainted with.I actually am sort of surprised.I did record the guitars two tracks. One through my Rodent2 condenser and the other DI into my Boss GT8 to the 788.Then panned R&L.Interesting --I don't always pan hard r and l --with this one I did with the Back up guitar. Thanks for the comments man!!

How do you like the GT-8? If the second acoustic guitar was DI'd with that, I'm impressed.

Take care.

The GT8 is a great machine.Actually I gave it to my son and recently purchased the AD 8 acoustic guitar emulator --or whatever you call it.Yes I did record two guitars both the same way.The rhythm and the leads. Thanks

Hey man, Guitars sound really sweet. Nice tone. Overall it's a really nice laid back tune. Nothing too over the top. The drum machine is a bit repeatative for my taste. Needs some more changes happening. Some bass or keys would be a nice touch to fill out that song. :D

Thanks for the comments David.I play the bass in all of my tunes(there is bass here)--I do like it boinky so it can stand alone--Just curious --as you mentioned bass to fill it out--I usually have a heavy hand when it comes to bass so I tend to be cautious here.

haha...Max, read the comments from the TF contest, and you'll see my comments there :) You DID submit this one, right? I know I've heard it before.

Hey, if you want some live drums, e-mail me a track without the machine, and I'll lay some down for ya free of charge. Anything for an old friend!
