First, a little background information:

My "studio" consists of a Tascam 4 track, 3 mics, a Mapex drum set, and a few various guitars and basses. My musical interests are in the punk/metal genre. Well, I *FINALLY*, after about 6 months of messing around, recorded something that actually sounds good, both music wise and sound quality wise. It's SUCH a satisfying feeling to go down to my basement, turn everything on, load up my song, and listen to it ROCK. It's basically a fast, speed metal, doublebass type thing that lasts appx 1 minute. It was so short because I was basically just going for audio sound quality, I finally got it then recorded my "song" just to see how it sounded. It sounds GOOD. (Given the fact that it was recorded on an analog 4 track in my basement)

Needless to say, I'm VERY happy with it and I plan on recording a WHOLE lot more from now on.

Yeah. The tricky part is getting a decent sounding MP3 outta my 4 track :)
