i´m starting to think that this is very bad or very good...

deffinately recorded by a pro
a lot of people won't comment when something sounds this close to a major label job, seriouslymost of the people here work out of thier garadge (me)
basement or extra room.
so they feal that they have nothing to offer in the recording area.
which is true of me right now.

musically it's good, better than average even. but it fails to force me to pay attention. if that makes sense.

Falsetto.....Dude, very good. This is some cool music. Very well done. Seems to be mixed very well. Good sounds. And I really like the tune.

No real help from me, just a comment. How was it recorded?
Ed

Siblings......Same comment. Well done from a performance and recording/mixing point. Nothing much else to add.....Good shit.

And i´m not a pro, but i hope i´ll be some day! ;)

Really good work Marcio. I listened to Falsetto. Well balanced and performed. Lots of contrasts in the sections of the arrangement. My only suggestion is that at 1:27 the cymbals start to dominate the mix maybe a bit too much, to my ear.

i had the some opinion about the cymbals, but the drummer asked me if i could bring him up just a bit, and so i did...he wanted like this, and i don´t like to force anyone to do things that he or she doesn't feel good about it. But that was a detail and it wasn't going to affect the mix to mutch so i let him!
But good ears...
just teal me something, what speakers do you have?

Cheers

For anyone o wants to see the drums in studio before we started to record...

Hey I had overlooked the question, sorry...

I listened first on headphones w/my laptop and later on home stereo speakers that I use for monitoring - flipping between Yamaha NS-A636 and Realistic Minimus 77's. They're nothing to jump up and down about but I'm used to them, and each pair gives a contrasting impression of the sound.
