Firepod owners...

I was wondering if anyone could make the FP work with another interface... last week i send an email to presonus talking about how important is to have ADAT I/O for us FP users, and they told me that they are about to release a driver to use 2 o more firepods, but is not sure that they solve the adat issue...
I´m planning to use more channels on my recordings... any chance to use the FP with other interface or pci card? (i need more than 2 channels of the spdif in...)

It pretty obvious to me why they left out the ADAT. I can't really see why they would want to implement it on the FP when this limitation would force the user to buy into a second or third one for more I/0's. This is what steered me away from the FP in the first place (I rely mainly on outboard pre's). But it seems many are happy with the convience and quality of the onboards pres.
