IMHO, $450 is -way- too expensive for a used FirePod. Like at least a hundred dollars too expensive.
Do what I did. Spend the $599.99 for a new one, get the deal from JDSound. You get free shipping, a lousy mic stand,
an AT2020 microphone, and a mic cable for free with your purchase.
Better than that, since it's $599.99 and the Presonus headphone amp
rebate rules do not specify that you have to buy it from a particular vendor and do not say that it can't be combined with other offers, you can send the UPC and warranty card in to Presonus for a free 4-output headphone amp.
Now sell all the freebies. The headphone amp sells for $99 new, the AT2020 for $99 new, and you could probably get $15 for the junk mic stand and $5 for the cable. Thus, the effective price for a new FirePod is only about $380.
You end up getting a brand new FirePod for about $70 less than what you're talking about paying for a used one....
