finally made the XP switch

well after years of using 98se for my music recording
(i never could get my M-audio cards to work under XP with my old setup)
i finally have XP up and running, my cards are working great and the system seems real stable

i just upgraded to a P4 2.4 (533)
an intel mobo
and 512 of 2100 ram

a step up from my old system that died
1 gig athalon
asus a7v
512 ram

just wanted to share my excitement

Yeah, I made the 98se to XP switch about 3 months ago. I couldn't be happier. I haven't had it crash on me once, it's rock solid. If you haven't already, check out these sites about optimizing XP for music creation:

Thanks for the link. I will only say that 98SE sucks major ass, after upgrading to XP(PRO)...
