Hello
I have a big problem on my final mix
When I put my songs (recorded and mixed with cooledit pro 2) on cd , and I hear them on different hifi consoles , they sound completely different . Sometimes to much bass - sometime to much mids ... .
What final filter do I have to apply (or other effects) on my end-mix so that they will sound equal everywhere I listen them
Thank you in advance for your answer

no "magic effects" exist. You just need a more accurate listening environment. Could be your monitors, could be your room.

Then you haven't mixed it properly........ no magic box or filter is going to help you mix better....

This Mixing article may give you some tips --> Mixing 101

Following up - I understand that it's changing...

Does everything else change along with it? I mean another CD from system to system... Does it change in a similar fashion? Are you simply applying a bit more scrutiny to your own mix?
