Fiberglass duct board with foil

I have a sheet of duct-board with foil on one side leftover from some work that was done on my heating system.

This is what it looks like..

If I use it for room treatment should I try and remove the foil or put the foil side to the wall?

It's very similar to OC703-705. You can use it for room treatment. Whether you remove the foil or not depends on what you're using it for. If you're going to stack layers of it at least remove the foil from all the layers except the one facing the room (if you want broadband bass absorbtion only)
