fender strat for £289 ($515)

hey dudes i was on this guitar website and i came across a genuine fender strat for £289 ($515). This is the link This seems too good to be true and i was just wondering if anybody can see a visible catch as to why it is so cheap. If there isn't dyou reckon i should buy it as i was going to spend just under £300 on a guitar, and it was going to be a burns marquee at the same price.
 
I personally would never buy a guitar until i have sat down with it and had a play. I would also not buy one online unless i had seen it and got a feel for it.
 
Sounds like a pretty normal price to me. The Standard Stratocaster is made in Mexico and costs about $350 here in the US.

i knew mexican ones were cheap but i didnt know they were that cheap.
