Got a chance to buy or trade for one. Can anybody tell me what these are worth? It is MIJ and probably made in the 80's. It is cosmetically good and sounds really good for SS but what is it worth?

I have one that I bought in Japan for about $100 back in '97. Was probably about 10 years old then.
For me, it has been worth every penny - the tones are pretty versatile for a solid state amp, and it has a great spring reverb. The amp cranks out amazingly well for its size- i've used it jamming (2 gits, bass and driums) with no problems.
If you're looking at less than a hundred bucks, I would say go for it.

I got one from a pawn shop a few years back (around 2001) for $75. It seemed a little dry sounding to me, I guess tube amps have spoiled me. The clean sound was fine and the reverb was classic Fender. I'd say anything less than $100 should be a pretty good deal.
