Hello out there. My name is Nate and i own a small project studio in NYC. Anywho, i recently purchased an fd-4 and it did not come with an instruction manual.I have some idea about how to use it but im by far no expert on it and the manual for all your gear is just a good thing to have. does anyone in here know where i should go to get a copy or is there anyone in here who has a copy they can give up. any answers will be greatly appreciated.

hey

Hey they have the manuals for sale on their website now,
$12.00 I think.

Good luck with your fd-4 my fd-8 is currently non-operable, and so far its been like pulling teeth trying to communicate w/ their service department to approve warranty servicing. A week and a half of emails and phone calls so far. Their best advice for the fd-8 locking up is to spend 250 to get an internal hard drive installed by them. That's a good way to double the profit on crappy merchandise that doesn't work as advertised. It seems their philosophy is, "the customer is wrong."

Sorry, I digress.....

O.K. you guys, do a search of this forum. I sent an entire manual to somebody several months ago. Find out who he is and ask if he will send it to you. I zapped the copies I sent. I found the FD-4 to be a good piece of equipment, once I figured out how to use it. But I wouldn't have been able to guess how without the manual.
